“I proudly present what this season offers to you –  „The “Monte Pacis” Show“ – a 6 course tasting menu reflecting our kitchen‘s union and fiery professionalism and eperience, modern cooking techniques and even the history of Pažaislis. I hope that the changing flavours, aromas, textures and pleasant surprises on the plate will not prolong and will be reminiscent of a good theatrical play. And for the guest who are in a hurry we can offer the shorten tasting menu of 4 courses.“

Wine is a social beverage, best appreciated with friends and family. It makes dinner more civilized. It slows us down a little, gives us something special to add to the moment.
