The restaurant MONTE PACIS kitchen‘s team led by the Head Chef Rokas Vasiliauskas invites You to try the finest dishes from this autumn A la carte menu or „The tasting menu“ of the day. „With great joy and impatience I present You my best autumn menu so far. It was inspired by the locally grown and produced products by ourselves or Lithuanian farmers, foraged goods and seasonal products from other countries like: Piedmontese truffles, Nordic scallops, pigeons and grouses hunted in Sherwood forest and Venisons from the woods of Latvia. The kitchen‘s team foraged mushrooms and berries countless times this summer. It was hot in the kitchen all around – we dried, fermented, pickled and salted the forest goods and thus we intensely and responsibly were preparing for this menu. I proudly present what this season offers to you –  „The MONTE PACIS Show“ – a 9 course tasting menu reflecting our kitchen‘s union and fiery professionalism and eperience, modern cooking techniques and even the history of Pažaislis. I hope that the changing flavours, aromas, textures and pleasant surprises on the plate will not prolong and will be reminiscent of a good theatrical play. And for the guest who are in a hurry we can offer the shorten menu of a 3 courses.“
