„Goût de France 2019“ Dinner – “Bobo”, a style of bohemian bourgeois booming in Paris

Bobo – educated Parisians, although some former noble family descendants. Has inherited the genes of emancipation, culture, elegance and all the subtleties of etiquette or L’Art de Vivre dictate fashion to the world. They are not afraid of relationships with all levels, wearing mass-brand clothes, participating in manifests and eating fast food.

BUT. Cheap street clothes mixed by piece high-quality garments, while burger made from natural and organic products combined with … vintage champagne. It is called L’Art de Vivre à la Bobo – a masterly mix of tradition and modernity, a “high level” and simplicity, subtle and stylish breaking of traditions.

Goût de France 2019 will serve classic fine dining dishes made from top quality products. Chef Raimundas Dambrauskas is well versed in French cuisine rules and will interpret them according to our current season and dinner partner from Normandy, Calvados Coquerel, and northern France.
